    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Already complaint many times but never resolved , my whole data and balance gone in waste. If this issue is not resolving in 1-2 days I am going to switch all my house numbers of airtel to other networks . Fed up with your services. #airtelthanks

    @airtelindia here jaitikhera,mohan lal ganj,lucknow we have very bad signal strength so we are not able to use our internet data...many people of this are going to port the sim in another comapny including...please take action before we port.

    @airtelindia So you have decided to not to improve your self. This is the third day of complain but network is still not continue without interruption. You replied in DM that complain was received n I would be given no of complain. I am still waiting for your no and action.

    @airtelindia also Your sales person scammed me for the set top box by taking payment in the name of Iptv .and now im being told that in order to get my 1500 security amount back i will have to use the the service for 1 year against my will .

    @airtelindia @airtelnews From past 3 days WIFI is down at my Allahabad premise. LOS error os coming and no one is coming to checking ...I'm continuously calling customer care but they are giving lollipop that same will be resolved in 4 hours. So almost 18*4=72 lollipops,.See asap

    @airtelindia Worst network you are! You replied in DM that I would be given complaint no in sms. Till time not received any msg from you. This time even you tube is not being opened. No pic or video on twitter can be opened. Improve your self or accept that you are unable.

    Fedup with the @airtelindia dth services since last 2 months we are not getting certain channels that's part of subscription. Local agents are not supporting at all. Customer care is only IVRS no human agent are available, Thanks App has useless chat boat! Decided to switch!

    @airtelindia I have an active ₹399 plan (valid till 6 April 2026) and ₹219 plan (valid till 14 April 2026), yet outgoing calls show “Outgoing service has ended.” I have repeatedly visited the Airtel store, contacted customer care, and even swapped my SIM twice—still no solution

    @saybwala @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Thoroughly unprofessional. I faced a basic connectivity issue & requested a site visit by their Engineers. They took 5-months & that too after i filed a complaint with CPGRAMS, not to mention an endless trail mail. I'm still waiting for their reply as to what took them so long.

    I have contacted customer service many times and raised this issue repeatedly, but nothing has improved. It is very frustrating that despite repeated complaints, there has been no real action on the ground. @airtelindia
