    @soodmanu72 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Extremely rude staff with poor after sales service. Despite several follow-ups no one willing to come and resolve the issue of Internet speed.Being a premium customer this was unexpected. Zirakpur.

    @Airtel_Presence Problem still unresolved. ..... No one called, no one cares @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ... Tujhmein Dard nahi toh kya, Hum mein bhi patience khoob hai. Work from home is becoming nightmare due to Airtel.

    @airtelindia This is your network speed in Zirakpur Location 0.2 kbps. FYI i have postpaid connection and ur network speed is pathetic.... My biggest mistake in this lockdown is to continue with Airtel Postpaid connection.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I’m struggling to install broadband service for my location Housefed Complex, Banur, 140601, Punjab. Airtel customer service said they will contact me within 24 hrs but it has been more than 72 hrs and I didn’t get any help.

    @VodafoneIN Logo cant change your network problem pls first work on network my first sim is vodafone second sim is Airtel but your network most of the time out of area but @airtelindia always work for me in emergency time additionaly i hv to take airtl sim bcs for yr poor ntwrk.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The time is over now, whn Airtel was at no. 1 in terms of service,perhaps this is reason tht i hav mobile,dsl,dth of airtel. Finally I hav disconnect my dsl. Was complaint on May 4,u nt do anything till 4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12. Got Only sms no resol.

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, this has been a frustrating experience. I raised a Wi-Fi shifting request (Request ID: 11035347067) on 16 July. Without any technician visit or update, the request was closed as "Resolved." Since yesterday, I've called customer care 3 times. Each time I was assured I'd receive a callback within 4 hours, but no one has called. Since the request is shown as closed, I'm unable to raise a fresh request through the app either. Kindly resolve this urgently instead of giving false assurances. #Airtel #AirtelXstream #CustomerService

    @YourbroRishabh @airtelindia feels like a scam based on my experience. 1 month, multiple complaints, zero resolution. Service requests get closed without fixing the issue. Even as a postpaid customer, I haven't received the promised priority/Fastlane benefits. Extremely disappointed.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I had raised a request to shift my connection on 15th July, and it was supposed to be completed today.The request ID is 10995397758 .My request is not completed, and facing a lot of issues due to this. Kindly look into this and resolve it on priority

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia, I have 6 postpaid connections, and 3 of them in West Champaran, Bihar, are constantly facing severe calling issues. Despite repeated complaints, the problem remains unresolved. Paying ₹2500 monthly for such poor service is unacceptable.

    @airtelindia I have already disconnected my airtel wifi and dth connection on 29th May 26 but connection not disconnected yet and bill generated why? I have a recording regarding disconnecting with customer care. kindly do need full action otherwise I will go for Justice.

    @airtelindia I raised a concern this morning and still haven’t received any response from Airtel . Has Airtel’s customer service really fallen this low? This is seriously disappointing.
