@airtelindia I think internet speed is just a myth. Whats the fun of having tons of data which you can't use. The signal shows 4G VOLTE but still not able to use the data. I think it's better to move to prepaid rather then wasting the money. Charge once and 😴.

Porting to @airtelindia is the most painful process to follow. My old sim is not showing network n my airtel sim also not working but it showing network bars.The customer care is saying that I hv to wait for 7 days while my no. will remain unavailable. Pathetic Service #Airtel

Dear @airtelindia I have recently downgraded my wife's plan to 399pm. Now to my surprise you people has activated caller tunes without intimation. Good way of stealing. And to the best the so called new app doesn't show any active service. One more good reason to move to prepaid.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia day 6 and my issue 136341196 with internet has not been resolved, which is under 6 months advanced plan I paid for in advance. Where as @JioCare has given me a new connection in less than two hours. Very pathetic service and lack of accountbility 👎🏼
