@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence in any case there is nothing to contact call me when this issue is resolved other service providers like bsnl are offering speed even higher than what they claim in jst 599/- pm so why should i pay 799/- for a speed which i m not even able to get???

@airtelindia katai ghatiya network hai aap logon ka aap log jag bhar mein India's best network bol ke jhuth jhuth baat faila rahe hain ......and nobody is here to listen apart from freaking useless chat bots which just register the complaint and do nothing regarding the complain

@airtelindia It is ironical despite of a credit balance of ₹1863/- on my prepaid account- 8283868131 the company is not permitting me to utilise the balance to recharge a pack of my choice. Would any one from the company help resolve the issue. Refer my in responsed mails.

An appreciation post for @airtelindia support. I had not even finished my call at the contact center when my complaint was assigned to and engineer Narendra and i even got a call from him. He arrived within minutes, assesses the situation and got the issue rectified. #kudos
