An appreciation post for @airtelindia support. I had not even finished my call at the contact center when my complaint was assigned to and engineer Narendra and i even got a call from him. He arrived within minutes, assesses the situation and got the issue rectified. #kudos

@ambandla But isn't it a bad idea by @airtelindia to force users to pay for DTH even though they're selling this smart TV box. No point in making users pay for both, DTH and broadband!!

@airtelindia My messages to cancel your service NOT acted upon for months. After the monthly bills are issued you respond and promise to cancel and ask me settle balance. I do. But airtel cares don't respond until next month and the ask again for money. Are your customers slaves to you?
