@airtelindia I switch connection from jio to airtel but I am not satisfied with this. Jio's speed was good and always good.. Now I'm understand why airtel user switch to Jio.. If you want to stay your customer with airtel first of all you have to give internet speed correctly..

@airtelindia Wow!! Called customer at night, IVR said wait time is 5 minutes. After 20 minutes being on hold, call got disconnected! Apparently when you call customer care, first voice your hear is “we are always open to your questions” Don’t think so!!
