I haven't got any response from @airtelindia but @reliancejio is indeed concerned about their single customer and now im using btr @reliancejio internet in Shimla 👍

Front desk Employees in #Shimla don't have answers. Time to migrate some of my numbers for apple to apple comparison.

@@airtelindia service of Airtel DTH in Shimla is worst. The engineers of DTH close request without contacting the customer and resolving the issue. Due to their fraudulent activities customer suffer and pay unwanted extra charges. Never expected such poor service from airtel..

Worst net ever I've ever seen. It's disconnected in every 10 mins without any network issues and customer Care are not solving the problem. So please don't use Airtel. It's really worst and the worst 4g network. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia Airtel is attracting customers to take their connection but once it's taken they didn't attend the problems seriously. I took 100 kb plan but from day 1 the speed is fluctuating a lot but there is no work from Airtel in it. Sometimes even it drops to 10 Mbps.
