I haven't got any response from @airtelindia but @reliancejio is indeed concerned about their single customer and now im using btr @reliancejio internet in Shimla 👍

I cud not get refund of my security deposit amount of Rs. 2500/- over a decade in spite of their false assurances. They have now stopped responding even for refund of paltry amount of Rs 2500/-.

@@airtelindia service of Airtel DTH in Shimla is worst. The engineers of DTH close request without contacting the customer and resolving the issue. Due to their fraudulent activities customer suffer and pay unwanted extra charges. Never expected such poor service from airtel..

Front desk Employees in #Shimla don't have answers. Time to migrate some of my numbers for apple to apple comparison.

@airtelindia I have dth in my hometown. For now, the house is empty. I get calls from your retention team day and night to reactivate the connection. I have conveyed several times that at present, I do not want it and will reactivate when I am there. Please look into the issue.
