@PS74850933 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Paytmcare This Airtel is worst Co in d world in matter of service & redressal of grievances. I cud not get refund of my security deposit amount of Rs. 2500/- over a decade in spite of their false assurances. They have now stopped responding even for refund of paltry amount of Rs 2500/-.

I haven't got any response from @airtelindia but @reliancejio is indeed concerned about their single customer and now im using btr @reliancejio internet in Shimla 👍

Worst net ever I've ever seen. It's disconnected in every 10 mins without any network issues and customer Care are not solving the problem. So please don't use Airtel. It's really worst and the worst 4g network. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

Since October , we are facing issue with internet, raised so many complaints against this, after lot of followups , tweets and calls still no response from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I really tired of complaining and paying bills for unused data.

Front desk Employees in #Shimla don't have answers. Time to migrate some of my numbers for apple to apple comparison.

@airtelindia One of yhe worst service i saw in my life Requested for shifting before 10 days but nobody contacted. That's why i called customer care but they will say within 24 hours your service will be ready. Every day i will call but they will say 24 hours but no connection provided.
