@DevwrittArya @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Same thing is happening with me. Airtel guy is not picking up my calls and when I said I am not getting good speed then he says its good on my screen and hang up the phone. Very rude. I am also thinking of switching if they don't respond soon

@TilotamaG @atulmodani @airtelindia Connect Wi-Fi via 5G bandwidth. Airtel can’t help if you are connected to slow band. Internet isn’t slow, your medium (Wi-Fi band in your case ) is.

@TilotamaG @airtelindia Then surely there should be a 5GHz signal broadcasting from it. If there's nothing, then either the router isn't dual band or its disabled in settings.
