This may be a very common request for @airtelindia and they may just be following process,but not being able to distinguish a case of being stuck in a foreign country with no network,as an emergency and the non committal attitude of their staff is just appalling @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I have been waiting for 3 months to get my refund for broadband connection due to location feasibility issue. Which was already communicated by Airtel team thrice. Today customer care informs me that it's a prepaid connection so we can't.
