    @JioCare what do u want me to do suffer or port to other network @airtelindia. If u don't have a good network in a posh area like Bandra West i can imagine how poor ur network will be across india. When the govt doesn't do anything this is what companies like jio do to their customers.

    Same issue again. Your @airtelindia area manager was rude and unhelpful. Refused support saying it’s 5:30 PM and no staff available. I work the Australian shift and need urgent resolution, but no concern shown. Is this your service standard? Resolve ASAP. #poorservice #airtel

    @EttaLot @airtelindia You are still lucky , in my case in Bangalore , had to wait for more than 1 week to fix . Technician would visit to reboot , except that he did not know anything. Spoke to manager offered 1 month free , ended up changing the service provider.

    My Requirements, Technical Resolution: A permanent fix within 24 hours, including a technician visit to check the physical line or ONT/Router health. Service Credit: A waiver/discount on my upcoming bill equivalent to the downtime experienced. 2/4 @airtelindia @raghav_chadha

    @airtelindia In Past 4 days my showroom ' wifi Connection was lost , it was Airtel Wi-Fi Connection i contact Airte Help center But they don't Listen My consern they forward call one number to others if I know before I buy Airte wifi connection then I don't even buy it 🙏

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia - Worst Customer service No signal - Network coverage in Bahrain for more than a month. Keep on suggesting to switch to manual network - tried the same for 360 times - No Use Customer care is stillmentioning VIVA in their responses .Pathetic

    @airtelindia despite multiple complaints raised over last few months, Nothing has been resolved.during my relocation my fibre Internet changed to box with speed cut of 200 MBPS to 100 without my consent.i am suffering daily due to poor connectivity and poor service response.
