@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Booked a complaint against xpress store for charging 50/- for duplicate sim on 27 April. Neither any action taken by airtel nor refunded. Have voice call in which store owner saying I'm charged correctly( while aitrtel says 25/-) nd denying refund.

VI data speed was really good day 1 I bought it. Now I cannot even load my online classes. It’s that worst now. Even raised a ticket on the app and it said resolved. @ViCustomerCare i literally go from floor to floor for a good data speed. Thinking to port back to @airtelindia
