I have purchased a 100Mbps plan and the speed i get is just 40. After raising multiple tickets from the past 10 days today an engineer comes home he says sir we have done backend configuration and now in my mobile it's showing 100 mbps . I am trying to tell him the issue is still there and it's the same with my devices he never listens to . It's showing 100 on my phone and he just leaves .
