Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence In pin code 400003 airtel broadband doesn’t go beyond 40mbps. Support staff say this area is not serviceable for more speed and no Fiber. Network goes frequently. We are customers since a long time, if nothing can be done then will shift.

@airtelindia - how do I email or chat (with human and not bot) for an issue that needs resolving when I am out of the country and cannot receive or make calls without incurring ridiculous charges? This is urgent! And your site makes it IMPOSSIBLE to get any kind of information.
