    @airtelindia ,we are cheated by Airtel and Very disappointed with Airtel service in Rudrapur Uttarakhand, they charged 4000 rupees advance for providing brodband connection and OTT and now 15 days after giving payment neither they are providing connection nor returning my advance

    @Airtel_Presence If you see my earlier tweets there is ongoing battle between RWA and @airtelindia where no action is being initiated by #Airtel to resolve the issue. Shouldn't management with @VittalGopal at the helm initiate proactive action. It is too late as I have got another ISP to serve.

    @airtelindia Been trying to swap my airtel sim and the airtel team is rejecting my request everytime from the backend saying live photo is not matching. This is the 5th time I’ve been trying to submit my documents. Didn’t expect this poor response from airtel.@Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia One of the worst dish tv .!! Very difficult to adding the channel .! I will remove airtel dish tv .! I was recharged channel 294 before 1hr .! But still I didn’t get any response shame on you :!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence for opting #airtelblack you must give customer freedom to choose not only airtelblack fixed plans orcustom plans,the third choice can be combine of both airtelblack fixed plans & custom plans.Ex:DTH+Fiber(Airtel Black 699 Plan) andpostpaid 999=1698

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence On 15-11-22 morning the router and internet was disconnected due to house shifting and reinstallment could not happen by Airtel, yet I am bill till 21st November. Emailed the team 5 days ago, yet haven't received revised bill. WHAT SERVICE IS THIS?
