    Have been happy with 8 mbps copper since years. Facing frequent network loss issue since I moved to 40 mpbs Fiber. It's been more than an year and your Team is unable to analyze and fix the issue. Multiple complaints logged but no resolution. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews Have you tried your IVR... ??? Go to Prepaid option... and try to select anything after that... It doesn't work, same as your useless Broadband and Mobile Network... Don't You have a Quality Assurance Team ???

    @airtelindia is your 121 customer care service not working for prepaid customers? After selecting language nothing is happening..... IVR just keep on mentioning options. It's not taking any options.

    @airtelindia using airtel broadband for the past 1 year. Except disconnects, had no problem regarding speed. But since upgraded to fiber in last Sunday, in general use, speed is very slow whereas in speed test, it shows like the best.. Are you intentionally downgrading browsing?
