@RishiNangia @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia The issue is systemic!! If you call 121, you have to narrate the whole story to a new person every time. The young person has a menu in front. If the problem does not fit the menu, good luck to the customer! My issue is logged time & again as a "Network" issue!
