    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Unless I get a reply & problem is fixed, I won't be able to pay d amount being asked. I didn't ask for renewal of same broadband plan. You are forcing high priced plan by not giving option to change it in app. This is scamming at another level!!

    @airtelindia I have submitted shifting request on 30th Nov and till now noone has called me, I have called customer care multiple times and escalated but no use.Can you help as I will not have any option other than disconnecting airtel service and go to other one after shift.
