    Why should I travel and swap the simcard for the issue because of you @airtelindia ? I want my simcard to be get swapped at doorstep or the Pincode 577126. I wouldn't mind in going for any legal concern taking this as a serious issue.

    @airtelindia My Xtreme box is showing error B001 and if I go to complaint it says they want charges of 150 rs to visit. Are you guys serious? Everytime a error will cost me? All these stuff of making money with non transparent method doesn't go well with you ADs of consumer is KING.

    Hello @airtelindia I have been struggling to get my airtel xtreme disconnected but getting no option to do so on airtel app/customer care number. The absence/hiding of such a basic feature is very problematic for customers. Please help !
