    @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia So, the Thanks Campaign is a sham. The whole app is structured in a way that you cannot raise a request for a problem. The Executive told me as keywords still being developed. One way to reach 0 complain is to not allow complain at all.

    @airtelindia Excellent customer service while taking orders for a new connection. Once the money is paid; all the phone numbers are no longer reachable and no connection still provided. Kudos @Airtel_Presence
