    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Really disappointed with the Internet services, i use both Airtel and Jio And with whenever i step out i never had a Good Network for Internet Atleast in the apst few months and always had to switch over to Jio.

    @airtelindia how could you be so mean that even after assuring that immediate resolution will be provided for the request to convert prepaid to postpaid on 26 Jan and every day you are asking for 24 hrs and now the number is not active as it is asking to recharge.. Unfortunate

    2012 when i bought my first Android LG phone with my stipend... again @airtelindia and other service operators were charging exuberant rates for internet 2015 Jio launched & available for common man by 2016 ...we all know how it changed the Indian internet usage

    @airtelindia do you need a decade now to resolve my issue. It is literally a harrasment which I am facing now. An issue to get resolved should not take more than 24-48 hrs to resolve but it's been more than 7 months now.

    @airtelindia Someone has started an SMS and call bomber on my brother's and my mother's numbers. I want you to solve this issue. I only want them to receive OTPs for banking apps, but I want these unlimited 'bomber' messages that are coming day and night to stop.

    @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare may be DND registration service in your network is a play toy that has no purpose. Even after registering myself in DND I don't see any reduction (even) in receiving spam, marketing, or promotional calls.
