Raised 15 to 20 complaints, but none of your team members are able to fix the issue permanently. Internet is down again since morning. They asked me to raise a ticket in the Airtel Thanks app. Since the wifi was not working, I was connected to my 4G network. In the app, when I went to the wifi section to raise the ticket, I was asked to connect to the WiFi network. But since the wifi was down, I could not test the connection through the app. Then I switched off the wifi toggle and connected back on mobile data. Then the connection testing started, while I was on Mobile data and the connection was successful. Then the airtel app showed that "Your network is working fine. Thanks for using the airtel app".
