Opted for @airtelindia broadband 3 days back. Still awaiting for technician. Funny Thing - The guy is avoiding my calls after I paid for 6 months subscription through airtel site. Customer Care had been escalating for 2 days without any outcome!

In the recent update of airtel thanks app, POCO X2 has got restart issue with an error "Find Device Closed Unexpectedly" Device restarts within 2-3 sec. The issue got resolved after uninstalling the app. @airtelindia please look into the problem. #POCOX2 #airtelthanks
