    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I recharged my Airtel Wallet on the Thanks App but it shows 0 balance, when my money had been debited from my bank account. No where to complain too! App should be more user friendly. Cant even speak on call with customer care official to raise issue

    @airtelindia, Not sure whats wrong with your service? The internet service has gone down again.... Raising the complaint for the 8th time.... Not sure if the social media team at airtel has proper channels to raise a complaint against the concerns being raised by the customer

    @airtelindia @airtelindia , I have raised a complaint in morning for internet down and untill now none your team members have solved the issue 😔... Am sure you will only send apology email and but not bothered to fix the issue.....

    @airtelindia looks like your DTG guys don’t understand customer request about not to receive . Even after telling n-th time that there is no requirement for t the DTH connection they keep on calling me . Even after blocking one number they call from another number 1/2

    @airtelindia is providing worst internet connectivity throughout india the will offer us free installation for us if we choose 6 month plan from day of installation i am facing issues. My phone space is filled by their response message when i raise a ticket @reliancejio best

    @airtelindia @airtelnews, playing approx 1200 INR every month including GST, but your internet speed is worst then 2G. You were much better 10 year back. This is very competitive market.. Improve the service or stop it.. Please don't fool people.

    @Airtel_Presence The technician or sales team ,no one still contacted me for installation,really bad service and zero response after taking money for installation and plan.i really don't know whom to contact regarding this except for tweeting @airtelindia . It's been more than a week.

    @airtelindia worst services Had applied for new Aitel DTH connection in Bangalore, 4 days ago. Customer care is calling aal the day but nobody is coming for installation. Seems I will have to go for other service provider.

    I have been the customer of @airtelindia since they introduced lifetime sim card in 2003. From 2010 I am giving complaint against their network services, call drops, calls not connecting. It's been 12yrs and still there is no proper network in my area. Only false promises.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hey Airtel, Not sure whats really wrong with your service Even after upgrading the service to optic fibre am experiencing intermittent connectivity issues and there is no improvement in internet speed Broadband line is also down.

    @airtelindia I do not understand the nonsense going on, for last 10-days the WIFI has not been working, yesterday their technician came and again the WIFI not working, what the hell with 'Happy Codes' when customers are so unhappy! Really Sick/.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia multiple engineers visited, same result — ZERO fix. Hardware replaced multiple times. No STB available with your patna team. WiFi shifting also painful. Official appellate emails bounced. This is systematic failure, not isolated. #AirtelFail #TRAI

    @JioCare , the problem still has not been resolved. Planning to move to a more reliable @airtelindia . Right now it's complete outage & ur super qualified engineers r telling us that this is usual. Let the router be shut for 1 hour. And then restart & issue will fix automatically

    If you have connected with @airtelindia service, it's still outdated IVRs, giving you wrong information, and make sure your day is getting spoiled. What a pathetic service !! If you want to convert, pls don't do it through airtel thanks app, many options won't work, and they will never tell you before doing, but after done they will simply raise their hands.
