    @airtelindia New Extreme box fails within 3 months. As a replacement under warranty, I got the Refurbished one. @Airtel_Presence .Do you get an old car if your new car broke down which is under warranty??

    @airtelindia refuses to help. I've already told them my problem, yet they're sending me a link to recharge again. I've recharged on the first of Jan, and now I'm not getting data. Then a data recharge. Still no data. What is the scene here airtel? @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Pathetic customer service. Keeps transferring calls in the name “escalation”. This is how you treat long serving customers?! Useless lot! Fayaz and Husain from customer care we’re of no help and kept transferring the call saying we are escalating! Pathetic service!

    @JioCare @airtelindia Your team asked me to cancel the connection as they are not sure when Jio will restore the connection. The connection was cut by the local municipal authorities. You have no clue what the problem is and keep repeating your answers like parrots .

    Am I the only one facing challenges to send out emails from outlook app on phone with Airtel postpaid SIM on 4G cellular network? Can send out mails when on wifi network! Weird but SR Ticket# 31-3948378031337 Dt 9Mar is closed without resolution by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I am regretting today why I took Airtel WiFi and fixed line service from @airtelindia. When we apply for a new connection, you people starts chasing us.But we raise a service complaint and shiting request,no body in your company bother to give the service.

    When calling Airtel customer care on 121 or 198, only IVR keeps playing and there’s no option to talk to a customer care executive. What a useless system. My eSIM has not been activated for the last 2 days and I’m not even able to speak with customer support. @airtelindia @TRAI

    worst customer service by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia paid 1500 for a broadband connection pending for almost 3 days with no support on repeated requests raised for order delay absolutely pathetic!!!
