From 2010 I am giving complaint against their network services, call drops, calls not connecting. It's been 12yrs and still there is no proper network in my area. Only false promises.

Later, the KYC team visited and collected another ₹1500. After that, the installation team came and said there is no 5G/network feasibility in my area, so the connection was cancelled. Despite calling customer support multiple times, I still haven’t received my refund. Very disappointing experience. Please resolve this issue and refund my money ASAP.
