    @JioCare @airtelindia Your team asked me to cancel the connection as they are not sure when Jio will restore the connection. The connection was cut by the local municipal authorities. You have no clue what the problem is and keep repeating your answers like parrots .

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence we don't receive signal inside our house that's in ground floor of a 14 floor building. We are planning to get airtel black but because of this I'm hesitant. Moreover there's no 5G here but a unit across the same community gets 5G

    @JioCare @airtelindia Only when you people have proper English speaking staff instead of very low paid agents and call customer to understand the problem you can take care of the issue . Jio does not care about customers . Mukesh says take care of MataG , PitaG but forgot CustomerG

    once again @airtelindia proved that you are very poor in customer management. I contacted for Airtel xtream connection. Executive told me connection possible in our area and informed me to pay the amount. After payment engineer came to our area and telling connection not possible

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I've a pending refund for airtel broadband, I was told that I will receive with 45 days but it's been 3+ months now and still haven't received the refund. On complaining, customer care says we will call back in 4 hours but never got a call back.😡

    Now, @Airtel internet service becomes very pathetic even in the era of 5G network. @Airtel is unable to provide even 3G internet service in the Jaipur capital of Rajasthan. For the last 6 months, I have complaint to @airtelindia many times but didn't get any permanent solution.

    @airtelindia fiber last 3 days internet service down . No any engineer assigned yet. Only giving hope as will resolve issue within 4hrs. If take longer days to solve the issue then shut down your service.same issue happening 1 or 2 week in a month. It’s mentally Harassment @TRAI
