Why should I travel and swap the simcard for the issue because of you @airtelindia ? I want my simcard to be get swapped at doorstep or the Pincode 577126. I wouldn't mind in going for any legal concern taking this as a serious issue.

@airtelindia paid for xstream fiber connection on 14th january, promised connection will be up and running on 20th january. Its now 2nd march, still no action done, no service started and no follow up by the network team. Extremely disappointed with the pathetic attitude.
