    @airtelindia Dear Sir, Currently im using Vodafone Prepaid so im very fed up with Vodafone so i have decided to Switch in Airtel Postpaid but I am Visited your Store in Begusarai they told me that out of Begusarai we don't provide postpaid connection. NEED HELP

    @airtelindia @TRAI horrible experience with airtel. Days since my internet connection is gone. Repeated calls & escalations have been of no use. The supervisors & customer service reps promise to fix the problem in 4 hrs but don’t seem to be acting on it. Leaving us helpless.

    @Airtel_Presence Extremely poor customer service called them 3 times and talked to supervisor for the same issue but the response is please wait for more time and call cannot be escalate further. Call me at 9654015559 immediately @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    1. I sent complaint to Airtel on Twitter @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 2. Airtel then connected me to Airtel Payments Bank. 3. The Payments Bank then asked me to call 121. 4. On 121, Personnel asked me to call 400 of Payments Bank again! 400 doesnt even connect me to a human

    @ICICIBank_Care @ICICIBank - first of all with @airtelindia provider your credit card customer service number is not free with unlimitted prepaid recharge. I have to recharge separately and it costs 5 rs every time i call without able to connect to actual person to talk.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence For the last 12 days an issue is pending with your team (payment done in advance) and every day I call they say that they have escalated it to some higher authority. I believe it should have reached your CEO by now. Is it @VittalGopal ? (1/2)
