    Can’t even get connected to a real person to fix this issue. 121 is such a waste. Where is the @airtelindia transparency, when you need it? If not fixed in 24hrs, lodging a formal complaint. This is harassment. All work halted due to this. Such waste of money on this network💩

    I didn't port from Airtel to Jio just because I was happy with your service but now I am feeling like I should port to Jio. I don't know what to say @airtelindia . I don't know how I will manage for 10 days without the internet.

    @airtelindia I raised a service request (1-3006671736110) on 27 Dec regarding my 3 mobile connection cancellation but still request is under process. How much time you required for solution. Airtel is careless about customers valuable time.

    @bhartimittal @airtelindia being a broadband customer of yours for last 1 year is traumatic. Worst service & customer support. A shear money sucking business is what airtel is all about your customer support is saying no to refund my advance rental If I want to move out

    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have ported my sim from Airtel punjab to Airtel J&K postpaid and have done FRC for 299. still my internet not working, have called customer care multiple times, they have told, I will be able to use internet after 9th January. Worst experience.
