Hello @airtelindia ; about 3-4 years ago; I uses a phone number. After that due to some cause I completely stopped using that no. till today. Toady when I call on that, someone else pickuped that call. Why you issue same numbers to others? This may lead to cyber crime.

Is this the type of service which we are expecting from @airtelindia. Customer care executive always say to wait for 24 hours. My billing date is on 13th of July. If I not pay the amount I will be charged late fine also. 2/3

@jagograhakjago I have been contacting Airtel customer support team from past 1 month and requesting for installation. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia claim that DTH installation request is auto cancelled. They are neither providing the service nor the refund.
