According to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence customer care.... If airtel sim suddenly stops getting recognised in mobile... Then it a internal damage caused due to high voltage passed to sim card.. but not with bsnl sim in another slot.. isn't it a idiotic answer

So its @airtelindia who promises to resolve the issues in 24 hours but doesn't stick to it. Complaing for a month for the Airtel Xtream Fiber connection has not heleped and their unskilled staff just gets off with some temporary solution. Disgusting services for such a big brand

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have Fiber connection, but landline service is still not active in my area. What's the purpose of promoting it then? Atleast don't promote fake offers and befool customers. If you're charging for full, why do you provide partial services?
