    Worst customer service @airtelindia. I never expected it from #Airtel. Due to non functioning of 4G, i requested for SIM swap as per the advice by airtel outlet on 7th March 2022. The Airtel outlet have said that it will took 2 hours to get activated.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I have got new wifi connection on Saturday and its not working since 10am, I am calling the executive who installed it and he is not responding. I have raised a ticket as well and till now there has been no response. This is pathetic.

    Is there any guide to make legal action with @airtelindia team regarding services i am facing problem last 3 month due to that i hve got the warning of job termination they send bill every month and when i call tem fir any complain they quitely say we don't have any data.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Airtel WiFi and mobile network services have been non-functional for 4 consecutive days. Multiple complaints have been logged, yet nobody seems interested in resolving the issue. The concerned Area Manager is not responding at all. @DoT_India

    My father uses a basic keypad phone no internet, just calls. Airtel219 voice plan is gone, and now the nearest option is 399 with 1.5 GBday. Why force basic phone users and senior citizens to pay for data they'll never use? Not everyone needs the internet. @airtelindia #Airtel

    @airtelindia @TheSunilMittal , My Xtream fibre internet has been down for the last 3 days. Despite repeated complaints, I’m only getting false restoration timelines and no resolution. This is unacceptable. I want to discontinue the connection. Please respond urgently.

    We requested disconnection multiple times, but your team keeps refusing and is trying to force us to pay bills for a service that never worked. Our router and receiver were uninstalled and never reinstalled despite repeated complaints. Stop harassing customers @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Your internet service in Jammu & Kashmir is testing customers' patience every single day—premium prices, but unreliable connectivity. Enough of the promises. Fix your network in J&K or stop charging people for a service that consistently falls short.

    After raising a fresh request S20260712142604576 @airtelindia left me stranded for over 20 hours with 0 resolution its 3rd grade service is a blatant disregard for consumer rights.requesting @narendramodi ji @PMOIndia to intervene regarding such poor corporate accountability
