@Airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Today morning my outgoing call & net service was blocked I don’t know why when i contacted to customer care they told me your documents was not summited then i said if my documents was not submitted then how i was able to use the sim for last 3mnths

@airtelindia Never experienced such poor service as I am seeing in Bangalore for broadband. This is the 7th or 8th outage in last 4 days in Kadubisanahalli. Outages that literally lasts 8-12 hours. Relying on your WiFi is the biggest risk to my job these days! #AirtelDown

It’s really sad that large organisations like @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence are incapable of providing good customer service. They require the payment instant but at the time of refund they will follow a long process. Shameful

@airtelindia I had raised a complaint of rewire with complaint number 10071979842 yesterday around 3 PM. Till now no resolution. No one came to check issue and contacted.Connected with your care twitter handle and customer care as well.A big fan of Airtel facing such ignorance :(

@airtelindia Ticket #21-24683252711 for broadband. Our apartment already has Airtel connection but still the request is getting cancelled as they are unwilling to install a new box and upgrade the network.There was 3 requests from us & all are cancelled.Please help us to escalate

@Being_Humor @airtelindia 3rd grade is high grade when it comes to @airtelindia .Stopped using their service for the same reason. My DTH wasn’t working n they made me go round n round for months without any intention to solve issue. N on the top their audacity to call every now n then asking for recharge.
