Switching my isp from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia to @OnSpectra because of 130 ping on fortnite tried calling, put 8 requests leading to there technician saying bhaiya kuch nahi karsakte aap isp change Kara do. Customer service so bad even after being a customer for 16 years

@Airtel_Presence And so continues the epic customer service fails from @airtelindia and @Airtel_Presence. I was asked for all my details yesterday and was convinced that my query is being dealt with priority. It's limited to messages only, no further actions were taken. Rude and Unprofessional!😡
