@Airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Today morning my outgoing call & net service was blocked I don’t know why when i contacted to customer care they told me your documents was not summited then i said if my documents was not submitted then how i was able to use the sim for last 3mnths

We usually use social media to post our grievance but today I am tweeting to thank @airtelindia for their flawless service in DTH.I made a recharge of ₹2555 instead of ₹255,I called them on realising my mistake & they refunded the complete amount without any fuss. #Airtel
