@airtelindia I ordered upgrade to Xtreme box on 24th August, there is no call from engineer or from Airtel about it. I must have called the customer care 7-8 times but no resolution. But this is rediculous. I already have airtel Black, but there no different or special service.

Airtel has to be the worst service provider. I have been facing internet issue since May 2021 and have been complaining since then and it's September and the issue isn't been resolved yet. Worst customer care service as well. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews

@airtelindia Issues with digital tv. Have raised two complaints in the last few days. Each time someone would come and fix something. Again facing an issue. No point in raising a ticket because we have to pay for service each time, with no permanent resolution.
