    @iluvmeandme @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My experience with Airtel Customer Handling is extremely disheartning. Cannot rely. Billing of postpaid connection is often tweaked and inflated . Mails of customer are not responded. Pathetic customer service.

    I am very unhappy to state that i have applied for xtreme connection on Feb 5 with the payment of 2829 rs since then i have to wait for 10 days for a "sorry" and i should opt for refund. Its been 4 days and no refund has reached. Extremely poor service 👎 @airtelindia

    @JioCare @shaziailmi Your service is very bad at my location Hajipur from more than 2 years now.. Even today it is not working. Every time the same reply from your CC executives. I think you will never resolve the issue. Need to port to @airtelindia

Since 1Jul, I am not getting proper internet coverage.. so I won’t pay this month bill w/o adjustment. For same I have sent email to your support team as well.

    Worst internet experience ever,I think I have to switch to other networks from Airtel..Even Coustmer cares are working like SBI, It's nearly 40days since I have complained and they wanted just 10days to resolve it but what they actually did is just postpone @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I'm using the *699 Airtel Infinity Family Postpaid plan with unlimited 5G in Rohini, Delhi, but my internet has become completely unusable. Despite full 5G signal, I'm getting only 0.06 Mbps download speed. I've already used around 160 GB this month

    @airtelindia Xtreme services are worsening with frequent outages, LOS, slow network speed and what not. A total of 36+ hrs alone in this month the service wasn't available. How exactly are going to compensate for those maintenance breakdowns bcoz it costs us money..

    @airtelindia I contacted Airtel support regarding my Airtel Fiber issue on 30 June and 10th july. Surprisingly, I didn't receive a complaint/ticket number on either occasion, and my issue is still unresolved.
