    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i’ve been calling u guys for the past 4 days fr a resolution wrt an airtel fibre connection at my place which hasn’t been working, i was assured that a technician will be visiting my place to resolve the same bt there has been no response frm ur end.

    I am very unhappy to state that i have applied for xtreme connection on Feb 5 with the payment of 2829 rs since then i have to wait for 10 days for a "sorry" and i should opt for refund. Its been 4 days and no refund has reached. Extremely poor service 👎 @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Dear, I have given owner transfer request 10 days ago with formalities and as per store manager no sim avaliable. After one week again visit the store he has given sim and last four days i am waiting for number Activation. Mobile no -9910170730 Pathetic service.

    This is how your twitter team os doing @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews . Better to opt for Jio fiber now, being a customer I am paying some amount and not asking for it so why beg for the connection.1 technician also informed that device is present but not installed.

    just like DND and other services. Unless a customer himself opts for FLASH message the company shall not activate this service. This practise of @airtelindia & their poor service/issue resolution is making the dream of digitaleconomy tough to achieve. @TRAI kindly help. (5/5)

    @airtelindia I have connection airtel but not able to access my internet worst service from airtel Airtel tel customer care say that "nahi ho payega" I have recording. I am working in tata group I got reply like this nahi ho payega. Worst service?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I had done payment for 6 months advance plan on 24th Aug,team asked for 1k extra installation fee which #airtel website says they dont ask for,after all this m still waiting for installation to be done.Such bad customer experience. #Airtelbroadband

    @airtelindia 9934893133. Mr Sunil Bharti Mittal promised the best telecom services but was a very poor service provider. And Sunil Mittal promised to respond to the best customer service but no responsibility to take your employees.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your service is so poor I'm getting fed-up, I have registered several complaints for the last one year but no improvement happened, I'm an Airtel black customer but after complaining nothing improved signal issue, internet connection,call dropping.

    @airtelindia I got airtel xtream broadband connection with lots of effort. Within a day the broadband is not working from Morning.lodged a complaint, but nothing has been done till now. I have taken a very wrong decision by taking this. Amitabh Kumar Patna 9572072259

    I see no progress @Airtel_Presence , its been near about 10 days i raised request for cancellation but have not received a message confirmation of cancellation n refund. Such actions give bad reputation to the already dented @airtelindia . Please refund my money asap.

    @airtelindia I had applied for Airtel xtream fibre plan, as per installation guy, its our duty to put a small hole in wooden area from from where wire will pass. So now we have to do self service and u will provide just modem and wire. What a joke. Need a refund immediately.

    @DoT_India @airtelindia @PMlndia every month I pay prepaid money and recharge Airtel network but since last 4 month im facing huge network issue when I raise issue nothing solved. Im really disappointed my money is wasted every month with internet issue. Horrible network.

    @airtelindia You guys are incapable of providing proper Wi-Fi since 3+ months. No proper resolution, no responsibility. Getting 30 mbps in 100 mbps with frequent disconnection. Engineer visited several time but no permanent fix. I’m not paying the bill now if this issue persists.

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , i am keep complaining about my airtel black wifi issues for past one week but no customer care executive gives a proper support to me. WiFi keeps disconnecting and slow. if it continues i will discontinue the service n go to old wifi railwire
