So now we have to do self service and u will provide just modem and wire. What a joke. Need a refund immediately.

Jio also doesn’t have great coverage in my area but they are better than Airtel.

I guess you aren't aware of @TRAI rules wherein even if we don't recharge sim it has to be active for 90 days, But you fraud co have stopped service on 2nd day itself
