@airtelindia It’s been 3 days since my broadband is down and everyday the expected resolution is extended by a day. Absolutely frustrating ! Call centers are no help at all. How can you give a resumption date 5 days away when you are emergency services ?

@airtelindia I have been living in this apartment for 4 years now with the airtel.postpaid connection qnd i have to keep my phone in the balcony. I have paid over 50000 rs in phone bills but never been made a call from inside. Multiple complains calls.. nothing was fixed ever.
