    @airtelindia Visited your Uttarpara, West Bengal store to port 2 numbers to prepaid, but staff at store said prepaid SIMs aren’t issued at Airtel Store and pushed postpaid instead. Very disappointing and unexpected from Airtel. Please help.

    @airtelindia I am trying to contact customer care for my Wi-Fi problem, but whenever I press digits like 1, 2, 3, or 4 on the call, the system does not respond. Because of this, I’m unable to connect to support. Please help with an alternative way to contact customer care.

    Hello @airtelindia , I took a connection of airtel fiber around 2 months ago. 2 days ago it stopped working and only showing red light. We raised a complaint on airtel thanks app, booked a slot for customer service 2 days ago bt getting no satisfactory result.

    1/ Applied for Airtel Wi-Fi shifting on 6 May 2026. Today is 18 May and the shifting is still pending. Repeated calls to customer care but no proper response or resolution. Very disappointing service from @Airtel_Presence. @airtelindia

    Another update: No callback or resolution from Airtel even after repeated calls, DMs, and public escalation. They only repeat that “their logs show I opted for it” while avoiding questions about consent and OTP contradictions. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
