I travelled abroad and I have been incorrectly charged on my phone bill by @airtelindia for incoming, forwarded brand sms and internet which I never used or asked for. There has been no prior notification about the automatic activition of any sort of pack on my phone.

@airtelindia raised a braodband transfer request on 4th was told by cc executive that they will do in 24 hr .. still waiting for transfer after more than 72 hr and 20+ followup calls with airtel engineer and customer care..
