@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my airtel not is discontinued because of a document issue which i don't understand as the sim was activated in 2016 and linked with the aadhar card with biometrics. And how come it got deactivated after 5 yrs that too without any intimation.

@airtelindia This is misery to the your consumers you take biometrics and very Aadhaar card photocopy and cross check online and then issue SIM card. How come you say documents mismatch now?? Who is at fault?? Rectify your in-house procedures
