    Has anyone tried to get any service from @airtelindia ? They have zero customer service when you have an issue and every time I try to close my account, they just put me on hold for 40 mins and then disconnect the call.

    @airtelindia how to connect internet to my android via hotspot, because recent restriction causes problem. Better to move to other companies. No freedom of internet usage, my product of internet I can share to anyone because I paid money. You against law @LiveLawIndia @trai

    As an @airtelindia postpaid customer for last 15 years, I'm frustrated. The mobile data speeds are not up to the broadband level (goes less than <20Mbps sometimes for 4G sim) now and even watching a video has been a hassle. Sometimes this becomes horrible when having zoom meeting

    @airtelindia My wi fi Internet is down for the last two days. Complaint registered on 15th July. Further, Airtel still not offers optical fibre Internet in my area!

    More than 5 days and Airtel Wi-Fi is still down in my area, Perambur. Absolutely pathetic customer support. Every day they keep saying a technician will come, but no one shows up and there's zero update. Unacceptable service. Fix this. #Airtel #AirtelXstream @airtelindia
