@airtelindia I paid for an airtel Xtreme fiber connection,as i was using Airtel Postpaid so that billing will be under one roof. I had paid for the 3 months advance on 14 April 2023 But somehow the connection is not installed yet and the local service guy was not answering.

@airtelindia the network is not available on the current location. It’s a national lockdown and can’t use your services pls look into it. At some spot network is Reciving. Pls have a look can’t change service provider

@airtelindia @VittalGopal sir, when a customer requests for WiFi in their area, please check if service is available or not before taking money. Now Airtel took the money, first thing, before checking any criteria and now they realise my area is out of service. Amazing!!!!
