    @airtelindia I paid for an airtel Xtreme fiber connection,as i was using Airtel Postpaid so that billing will be under one roof. I had paid for the 3 months advance on 14 April 2023 But somehow the connection is not installed yet and the local service guy was not answering.

    @airtelindia the network is not available on the current location. It’s a national lockdown and can’t use your services pls look into it. At some spot network is Reciving. Pls have a look can’t change service provider

    @airtelindia Do something about your crappy network connection I pay 500 up to get good services each month still you provide mediocre connection. Stop ripping people off. A mere complain takes 14 days from your end to get resolved what bullshit.

    @airtelindia Not happy with Postpaid Internet service. I'm using Airtel Postpaid service from last 12 years. Registered compliant with Airtel with token 31-3957810811953. No follow-up taken by escalation team, no-one is taking responsibility to address my issue.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI Broadband speed 100 Mb/s was promised in my pack by airtel but i never experienced this speed even 1 percent of it No.I contacted customer care many times but no one was able to remove my inconvenience

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your customer service is becoming worst.Your technician installed new box for DTH with my old smart TV and charged for Top up also but now despite within time validity it's showing expired . No answer from customer care.
