@airtelindia the network is not available on the current location. It’s a national lockdown and can’t use your services pls look into it. At some spot network is Reciving. Pls have a look can’t change service provider

@airtelindia Currently my SIM is not working and I’m in Malaysia I got stuck here due to the travel restrictions, I have sent several emails to the nodal service to issue new SIM to my wife and sent all the necessary documents requested but it’s been already a month no progress.
