@airtelindia I paid for an airtel Xtreme fiber connection,as i was using Airtel Postpaid so that billing will be under one roof. I had paid for the 3 months advance on 14 April 2023 But somehow the connection is not installed yet and the local service guy was not answering.

@airtelindia the network is not available on the current location. It’s a national lockdown and can’t use your services pls look into it. At some spot network is Reciving. Pls have a look can’t change service provider

@airtelindia My contact number -9958685926 on 10th oct I recharged with 131 rupees but now on calling to others saying that due to insufficient balance can't connect what is it?? Also I couldn't talk to customer care . I want to know how this happened and why??
