    Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia . My Broadband connection is not working from the last 17 days. Even after multiple calls to customer care, no one has turned up to follow up with the request. Please don’t give automated messages, instead provide me a genuine solution.

    @ViCustomerCare Pathetic network. Ported 3 nos to VI and converted postpaid. Internet not working on any number. Biggest mistake. @airtelindia. How much time does it take to port all three to airtel postpaid.

    @airtelindia I am not able to use airtel's internet service since 23rd evening, when I call customer care, care people say at most this problem will be there till June 1 or it will be fixed before that but I still have data Wasted, will the company compensate for it?

    @airtelindia We have taken a Airtel fiber connection at Secunderabad 3 days back. We are facing network issues from the day we have taken connection. Manager is not responding at all. Worst customer service ever
