  @excitel_rocks they looted their customer by charging extra for fibre upgrade, earlier they didn’t disclose it but when you are going for it they will ask money as an security deposit where now a days big giant like @airtelindia giving free of cost router. Pathetic

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Registered for airtel xstream fiber, got a call for installation, told him i will call for confirmation. Calling him for last 2 days but your executive does not even bother to answer the call. Really pathetic service.
