    @airtelindia Unable to make or receive calls frm my home which is hardly few meters frm Airtel store & in middle of city. I was told dat new tower will be added by Jan 2019 after i waited for 3 yrs but still no improvement. Either you fix it immediately or loose ur Cx forever.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia pathetic service. Worst service provider in the world. Raised complains several times. Engineers lie, backend team lies and customer care rep teaches customer to talk where from past 6 months they are checking the patience of customer.

    I paid my Airtel postpaid through @amazonpay,In amazon it shows payment success, but still recharge not reached there in Airtel. I confirmed with Airtel customer care and they said they haven’t got any payment from AmazonPay. Kindly solve the issue. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    I have recharged to wrong number only the last digit was wrong. Called several times to Airtel customer service and sent several emails. no response. Wrongly recharged number : 9902056568, right number :9902056565. Disgusting Airtel service @Airtel_Presence , @airtelindia
