You're customer support number doesn't let you connect to a human. The IVR will spin you in circles and then cut the call automatically. Why are you making life difficult? Just have a human being call me and help me resolve this matter. @airtelindia

@airtelindia I’ve never seen fraud like you, I requested for Airtel stream Fiber but I got copper connection and airtel sales team gave me false commitment. So I want to disconnect this service and want refund for it

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This indicates that you being a MNC and large telephone service provider are laying fibres and offering service to customers illegally, without the consent of the surrounding area and in violation of any rules or SOPs established by @TRAI.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Xstream dth box is so damn slow with Android apps. It certainly needs an hardware upgrade. You’ve got a cheap Chinese product and selling it in the name of Android. I’m having to switch to tv every time I need to use an app such as YouTube.
