    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia can you please do something DTH UI. Changing channel is not smooth. It's extremely slow, lot of lag. With this slowness you end up changing multiple channels instead of one. The small buttons on remote another pain.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel I raised the broad band complaint yesterday. No 1 came but later it started to work. Today your engineers forcefully came even though i told them that the broadband is working but still they came. and destroyed whatever it has started to work

    Even sharing video of problem multiple times has not helped. As you can see once you go to apps usage, you can not get back to TV a usage untill you switch off the box from main board!! Please help. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia spoke to yashit at 198 and asked him about closure of my service request without any resolution. he told me that you are free to go to other netowrk operator. Airtel needs to setup a tower which will take 3-6 months. @DoT_India @Airtel_Presence
