@airtelindia unable to opt for new DTH plans under @TRAI since past week. There is no response on your customer care as well. The app l/ website doesn’t show any banner in this regards. Very bad experience.

Why @airtelindia .in Bangalore sucks. Network is never good enough and the Data.. .it does not even give 3G speed net. Money suckers. And the joke is am having some 200 GB data balance which hardly ever works. Thinking of switching to @reliancejio or @VodafoneIN

@airtelindia Unable to make or receive calls frm my home which is hardly few meters frm Airtel store & in middle of city. I was told dat new tower will be added by Jan 2019 after i waited for 3 yrs but still no improvement. Either you fix it immediately or loose ur Cx forever.
