I have called so many times to customer care but they have raised the request but issue is not resolved. In my area airtel tower is there but network is very bad.

Phone shows “5G NSA Disconnected” → network is available but my number is not allowed to connect. 5G worked earlier, ₹3599 plan active. Clearly a backend issue. Fix immediately
