    That's it, I waited long enough for @reliancejio @JioCare to rectify my areas speed/tower issue, they don't seem to care & am done, iam switching back one of my Jio number to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ASAP.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence can you arrange for a call back pls. No matter how many requests I place on the app i don't get a call back. I spoke to a customer care guy who said he'll call back within 30 mins, been 3hrs but no call.

    @Airtel_Presence my net is down since 2 days, no one is coming for repair also, their lineman are evn not picking up call, not explaining also what is the problem.. very pathetic experience with @airtelindia XTREME FIBER broadband my complaint number is 137035502
