@JioCare That's it, I waited long enough for @reliancejio @JioCare to rectify my areas speed/tower issue, they don't seem to care & am done, iam switching back one of my Jio number to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ASAP.

@airtelindia Airtel Black is a joke. They promise you dedicated support and I raised a complaint couple of days back and got a sms saying " Issue will be resolved before June 8th".

@airtelindia your service is pathetic. My internet is down from 15th May and I called your contact centre every day to check what is wrong. Your associates and supervisors kept giving me all bullcrap and nobody is even bothered to call back or tell us what's wrong with it.
