    That's it, I waited long enough for @reliancejio @JioCare to rectify my areas speed/tower issue, they don't seem to care & am done, iam switching back one of my Jio number to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ASAP.

    My Airtel broadband went down three days ago. Raised complaint. I was assured of help by the client support team. But the appointed engineer did not turn up. Now the customer support team is not even bothered to give appropriate responses. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    Never expected such response from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . Closed the complainant without any resolution. Such a pathetic customer experience. Will try to not use any airtel services in future and recommend the same to others as well

    Issue still persists These guys took 4000 advance Seems like this is the reason that the person will have to keep using their poor services till Rs 4000 are used up Please disconnect the connection today and refund the money @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia we raised complaint for no - worki g remote. The service engineer came, gave another non-working remote, changed something in the dish, took 650 bucks and went away. Now he is not coming back and the complaint is unresolved. What a service!
