    That's it, I waited long enough for @reliancejio @JioCare to rectify my areas speed/tower issue, they don't seem to care & am done, iam switching back one of my Jio number to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ASAP.

    @airtelindia hi, i am having internet disconnect from Yesterday, after your technician vists and resolve the issue for one of our flats in our appartment. I have raised the issue, it will be resolved by 11.30-1200 pm today, but today when I see status now showing at 3.30pm

    Pathetic service by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. In the world of hybrid workplace, these people are not able to provide uninterrupted internet. Moreover, they are not able to resolve issues even after 48 hours.

    Its all a facade. Now airtel will be after me and reply " we genuinely care for you and will help in resolving" seen this since years but nothing improves. I suggest some 3rd party enquiry into #cheating #scam required. @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
