That's it, I waited long enough for @reliancejio @JioCare to rectify my areas speed/tower issue, they don't seem to care & am done, iam switching back one of my Jio number to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ASAP.

@airtelindia two SIM cards have gone bad in 4 months. Checked for retail stores in Vasco, is present only online, physically when I went it's not there. Called 121 from another Airtel number, it doesn't help in any way. App doesn't work as SIM isnt connecting. What should one do?

If you want to buy a headache, try @airtelindia dth services. They would stop working any day and complaints would never resolve. Customer care is ignorant and ground services abusive. Pathetic and money minting mindset. #Airtel5GPlusLaunch
