    @JioCare That's it, I waited long enough for @reliancejio @JioCare to rectify my areas speed/tower issue, they don't seem to care & am done, iam switching back one of my Jio number to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ASAP.

    Extremely disappointed. If this continues, I may have no choice but to port all four connections from Airtel. I’d genuinely regret leaving, but why should a paying Postpaid customer have to repeatedly seek basic connectivity? @Airtel_Presence @bhartinews @airtelindia

    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence last month l did a recharge of 279 OTT, this month deducted Autopay same 279 still not activated,called many times to ur customer care,no use, what has to do now. Though I have all paid upi proof, @TRAI ,

    @airtelindia After raising multiple complaints, I’ve come to one simple conclusion: Airtel is excellent at making promises, but not so good at solving problems. Every time I complain, I get assurances — but no actual resolution. Network issues continue.

    Internet issue is happening every week, causing regular disruption and daily losses. This is not acceptable anymore. Please resolve the issue permanently and reduce/adjust the monthly bill . Kindly treat this as urgent and take immediate action. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia However, every application is eventually rejected due to “Customer Live Photo does not match with the Live Photo taken during acquisition.” If facial recognition cannot reliably identify a genuine customer, Airtel should provide an adequate biometric or alternative

    Is moving to postpaid mandated while porting to Airtel from another service provider @airtelindia ? I have been trying for a prepaid Sim since a month now.. but I always get the same answer to take postpaid. Not sure why? Can you confirm please

    @reliancejio @airtelindia Very poor 4G network in Madhupur, Via Kuanpal, Mahanga, Cuttack, Odisha-754204. Only 1 bar signal, frequent call drops & internet not working. Please check tower coverage and improve 4G/5G service in this area. 🙏📶

    @ViCustomerCare Give me one good reason to stay. Your plans offer zero value, and customer support has been completely misleading. Why shouldn’t I just port my number to @airtelindia or @reliancejio today?
