    That's it, I waited long enough for @reliancejio @JioCare to rectify my areas speed/tower issue, they don't seem to care & am done, iam switching back one of my Jio number to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ASAP.

    @airtelindia Worst service I’ve ever experienced. My Airtel Black hasn’t been working for the past 2 weeks. Neither the service center nor customer care has provided any support. I finally decided to discontinue the service.

    airtelindia @bhartiairtelfdn Can anyone help me as a customer of airtel who paid for a service and now I as a customer have to reach out to your Service Agents and other people just because they cannot do their work or are on leave. Simple request of IPTV turns heavy work

    @airtelindia the Internet speed in U Block (Pin Code: 122002), Gurgaon is very pathetic please address the issue quickly, the speed sometime goes down to 2 mbps Thanks

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My wifi was paused so your customer care called me and told if i activate now then i will get 80% discount in next bill but this bill generated does not show the discount. Do you guys scam common people like this with fake promises.

    @Airtel_Presence What about the compensation,wifi is down since 15 days it’s unacceptable, worst thing, if the service is down from your end why do you charge your customers, enough Is enough.     @airtelindia today is 13th day of DTH is down at my home. And no one in the company to listen the customer plight. Today an automated message came & a Service Engineer was scheduled to visit and solve the problem by 6 pm. Just received a call from the Service Engineer that….

    @airtelindia Worst service. Set Top Box already returned (Shiprocket confirmed), yet Ekart keeps sending wrong pickup requests. My WiFi router is still not picked up. Fix this within 24 hours or I escalate to Consumer Forum. @EkartLogistics
