It's been 3rd day since I have raised my concern on @airtel fraudulent. I have not received any proper response, nor correct person to talk with. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence .. so sorry to say, my first experience with Airtel is worst and disappointing.

@airtelindia @DoT_India I already generated a UPI code, if you cannot provide service, I may switch to jio, I know Jio calls are limited but what is the use having unlimited calls if provider can't provide better coverage

@airtelindia WORST customer service. 1. Disconnect the internet even though bill was paid 2. You finally pick up after multiple calls 3. You assign an engineer to fix 4. No one shows up 5. We call the engineer 6. He tells us he is on a holiday 18 hours in, still no internet. WTF

@airtelindia all of sudden your simcard stopped working and it shows No service. Having postpaid connection i went to airtel gallery they asked to change Simcard. After changing also it has been 36+ hours its not started and i was told it will be activated in 3-4hrs.
