@airtelindia @DoT_India I already generated a UPI code, if you cannot provide service, I may switch to jio, I know Jio calls are limited but what is the use having unlimited calls if provider can't provide better coverage

It's been 3rd day since I have raised my concern on @airtel fraudulent. I have not received any proper response, nor correct person to talk with. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence .. so sorry to say, my first experience with Airtel is worst and disappointing.

I did DM my information to @airtelindia They told they are unable to reach through my airtel number. As I had network when I got response from @Airtel_Presence and if support team really tried reaching me, I should get call. I guess they just lieing 🤔, not sure.

@airtelindia May be this is the worst network that I have been using it , I have raised the complaint for weak signal without contacting me ticket got closed ‘stating that problem is resolved’ I feel Airtel is just promoting the count of issues resolved but actual is different

@airtelindia I have a billing dispute with my latest bill and despite several cals made at 121, solution not being provided, they say you will recieve a call back in 24 hours nobody calls, I sent emails and nobody is able to resolve this issue. Pathetic customer care service!
