  After 8 years with @Idea network porting to @airtelindia.. hope I won't have any more network issue.. @idea try to keep your network strong.. it's breaking most often.

  @airtelindia @DoT_India I already generated a UPI code, if you cannot provide service, I may switch to jio, I know Jio calls are limited but what is the use having unlimited calls if provider can't provide better coverage

  It's been 3rd day since I have raised my concern on @airtel fraudulent. I have not received any proper response, nor correct person to talk with. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence .. so sorry to say, my first experience with Airtel is worst and disappointing.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Pathetic service in Gurugram for the last 15 days! 5G internet is dead, calls don't connect, and voice breaks constantly. What is the point of paying a postpaid bill for such a terrible network? Resolve this immediately, or I am porting out. 📉

  @airtelindia what kinda crappy customer service you’ve. I wanted to cancel/remove the Apple TV subscription from my AIRTEL Broadband account. Yesterday, I raised a request and one of your executives said she has done and I’ll have to wait for 4 hours to reflect in my account. Now, today, when I called up again, another executive, who doesn’t know how to speak to customers, said it’s not possible to cancel/remove the Apple TV Subscription from my account. She also said it’s “FREE”. Since when is Apple TV free? Even if’s free, I would still want it to be cancelled. If you aren’t cancelling/removing the subscription from my account, I’ll be porting my voice and WiFi services to Jio. It’s your call. And I can tell you’ve lost many customers in my apartment complex.. be ready for some more folks to follow suit.

  Dear Airtel, I'm from Dayarguda, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, Telangana. Your mobile network is extremely slow, and the internet service is practically unusable most of the time. This has been a persistent issue that is affecting daily communication and work. Why hasn't the network infrastructure in this area been improved yet?   Finally discontinued Worst Wifi service provider @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 7 days late and yet not shifted my previous wifi connection to new city and spot led to this discontinue decision. Airtel is worst,utterly slow in solving customer issue. Got new Wifi service provider.

  Just fyi folks the installation is still pending. The installation is for cable network through wifi. We get calls for d2h setup and when told about connecting through wifi it gets delayed again. Whats the problem here? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @jagograhakjago
