@airtelindia @DoT_India I already generated a UPI code, if you cannot provide service, I may switch to jio, I know Jio calls are limited but what is the use having unlimited calls if provider can't provide better coverage

It's been 3rd day since I have raised my concern on @airtel fraudulent. I have not received any proper response, nor correct person to talk with. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence .. so sorry to say, my first experience with Airtel is worst and disappointing.

After 8 years with @Idea network porting to @airtelindia.. hope I won't have any more network issue.. @idea try to keep your network strong.. it's breaking most often.

@airtelindia when a customer requests you for disconnetion, instead of disconnecting his connection you keep the request pending and later send him a bill…now your executives are continuously calling and asking for payment of bill….what kind of unprofessional behaviour is this?

@airtelindia I tried calling at 198they told me network issue will be resolved in 15days max and after 24hrs I only called back to hear the same s***t. My whole family is on airtel and they have 4g connection I tried changing the device then also still no success with that i asked for sim chn

@airtelindia @Airtelcustomer1 your shifting service is too slow as I've logged a complaint on 25 Jan and till it's not done. technician number wasn't shared either. Reach me here at 9888433656. It's very unprofessional behavior from airtel in process of shifting the connection.
