    @airtelindia has turned my work from home into miserable one with poor connectivity! For the past two weeks, I have been trying to connect on helpline number regarding my network issue..There are no responses from them.If there is any help out there,please help me sort out this.

    @airtelindia Service Request Number 31-1000013076197. Been struggling with phone network connectivity at my Home since Feb’26. Airtel folks doesn’t seem to be bothered but. Zero accountability. Zero Assurance. Zero Empathy. Atrocious services by Airtel.

    @airtelindia Pathetic. The first time I faced such an issue, I got to know a how customer unfriendly you are. I can only chat with you bot, wait endlessly, or talk to a CC who can only do escalation, which is what they are doing from 15 days.

    @airtelindia 4 days of unplanned outage in kanpur since 10 April. Customer care only gives fake 1AM/5PM ETA'S. I pay for 3 connections. This is harassment. Fix now or I will report to TRAI. A/C- Ankit Dixit (9810326496)

    @airtelindia I’ve been unable to reach customer support for several days. At the time of installation, I was assured that the service would be free for two months, after which payment would be required to continue using it, failing which the service would be discontinued. 1/2

    Pathetic service by @airtelindia. Already paid for the ARP a week ago but it was not activated for some reason, so the amount would be deducted on monthly basis. The customer support is useless and can’t even provide me a complaint number stating it’s “escalated internally”.
