My family are using 7 Airtel connections for last 20 years. If they can treat a loyal customer like this, then what they are caring for? They are upgrading their network to 5G and they can't even handle their existing network! Period. RIP to their system @airtelindia @airtelnews

The worst possible Pvt bank @KotakBankLtd Doesn't have toll free cust care number. Shifts the blame of having to pay for 1860 numbers on top of unlimited packs to telco @airtelindia @KotakCares why do you not use 1800 number if you really care about your customers? 1/

Wtf is goin on... Firstly I can't connect to my bank @digibank , secondly they can't call me back. And if I call them , i was charged approx 5rs/min extra insted of having an unlimited plan by @airtelindia. Why are these organisations at top when there customer care sucks. 🙃

Airtel Xtreme Fiber not working in the area. Problem is quite frequent. Expected fix timing keeps on increasing. No customer care executive to address, they just play automated voice and regret for inconvenience. Shame. Pathetic Service Provider. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
