@Airtel_Presence Thanks for your response; But i caused inconvenience from your side. Why i was supposed to pay the money? No one is saying the reason. Very disheartening experience from @airtelindia , problem is from organization side but the customers need to pay money and change the sim?

My family postpaid plan giving numerous issues and one number is not wrking in it but no response from airtel since 5 months. I want to port but they say all numbers wll be temporarily put to hold for 3-4 days for the same. Need urgent help @airtelindia @airtelnews @PMOIndia
