@airtelindia horrific service experience. It’s been 6 weeks. No sight of refund of my excess payment, only usual promises “we’ll get it done within 48 hours (at times 5-7 days)”. Written to Mr Vittal at the ceo email address, no response. Don’t think he reads customer mails.

@airtelindia it’s on my job now , my company is asking me to leave the organisation as i am not able to get an static ip to work. I have applied on 18 of November i am raising my request every single day nobody is listening me. I was supposed to get an resolution in juts 72 hours

Didn't know that Airtel provides such a disgusting service.. Applied for home airtel broadband service on 13th November. Everything is paid but still couldn't get the service. If the service is not available in my area, do refund my amount. Customer executives..!!! @airtelindia
