    @airtelindia network in my hometown is so worse that wp msz is getting stuck. Tried multiple times to contact 198 but couldn't reach customer care, such a pathetic network and worst service. No 5g coming how to do WFH? Resolve this or should I port to @reliancejio 😭😭😭😭

    No 5G network service on my phone and the 198/121 automated voice bots are stuck in an endless loop. Absolute waste of time. need a real human executive to contact me to fix this. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia #Airtel #Airtel5G #CustomerService , other services way better

    A month of silence from @airtelindia shows how callous they have become toward customers. This arrogance comes from the duopoly we now have. With a massive user base, maybe one customer doesn't matter to them. But for customers, connectivity is sometimes a matter of life & death

    @airtelindia @airtelindia I have upgraded my Airtel Broadband plan where it has OTT subscription. It’s been more than a week but I haven’t received the link for activation also there is no such option in the Airtel Application. Even reached out to customer support but still nothing.

    @airtelindia I have 2 airtel sim card. But i have only one primary number & other card is for emergency purposes. But there is no plan, which provides only calling feature without requiring internet, & also the plans are very very overpriced.I really want to switch from Airtel.
