    @thiruzu408 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 2) I was in 500 plan and now the plan starts from 650 something only. So I didn't do anything buy that time. I got a new connection in Tirupur. So planning to cancel my broadband connection in Chennai.

    Why would I even pay for a service that I am not using? Or is this how @airtelindia issues bills to every other customer? I really need the issue resolved now. I need a clear cut explanation for the bills issued and I want the cancel the connection at home.

    @airtelindia The issue is not temporary ticket closure or router restart. The issue is repeated peak-hour WiFi disconnections despite multiple complaints, escalations & appellate emails. A premium service should deliver stable connectivity consistently.
