    @airtelindia wifi has been disrupted for my entire apartment since 29 July. Resolution date was 30 July, then 01 Aug, 2nd & now 5th Aug. 7 days no internet. Same thing happened in June too. @TheSunilMittal Absolutely disgusted by @Airtel_Presence service. This is unacceptable.

    Extremely poor experience with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Booked Wi-Fi, cancelled before installation, but money not refunded. Sales executive Manik Singha (+919851524190) was very rude and unhelpful. Kindly refund my money and take strict action

    Airtel internet is not working. Raised a complaint. CAGPS3BLR20260802049264 dated 02-aug-2026 13:13 for your Airtel number 7483993223. You will receive an update for this ticket by 18-AUG-26. Perfect example of how Airtel works @airtelindia shame on you. Do you need 16 days?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Due to Airtel's own record error,our name was entered as "Bobin" instead of "Robin" when the SIM was issued in 2010. Now we're being asked to wait 12–15 days with no service for your mistake.Please correct your records and restore ..12006 immediately
