    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I just got a new broadband connection (xtreme fibre) speed is fine but my ping is too high I am unable to games (fortnite & Valorant) on it because of it . I hope ya’ll can help me out :)

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia requested for porting code, no UPC code received. Went to Ranchi airtel store, called customer care, both of them asked to contact vice-versa. No solution. Poor network, poor response from customer care.

    @airtelindia I hv port my no. Frm Jio to Airtel. But data service is pathetic. Its totally waste of money in both hotspot & Mobile data. I complained ,the guy came but he wz unable to fix the problem. I am suffering data issue since i purchase it and in mobile data after porting.

    Airtel sucks It's been more than 10 days,I am just trying to activate esim request for my iPhone. Visited nearest Airtel store (Lalpur, Ranchi) spoke to Airtel backend team. Still facing the same Do we post paid user deserve this kind of services. @airtelindia @sunilbmittal

    A technician was supposed to arrive at 10:00 AM. It’s 5:00 PM and no one has shown up. Every call gets the same reply: “I’m coming in 10 minutes.” We don’t pay our bills to keep chasing support while being left without internet for days. Do better, @airtelindia. #CustomerService

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I recharge wifi for 6 months at a time which is 24 weeks. I am facing network issue once in a week and you guys are taking a minimum of 24hrs to rectify the issue. So, I am not able to use wifi for 25 days which is about a month.

    @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare, you guys should demand a commission from local Wi-Fi dealers past Z Corner, Manjari. Your indoor network is so non-existent that we are literally buying broadband just to make a voice call. Brilliant business model! 👏👏📱
