    @airtelindia My broadband was dead for at-least 2weeks last month, after repeated complaints the issue was rectified after two weeks and now again the 2nd day of the month the landline is down...i am really frustrated of your service to customers. No: 0452-4361368

    @airtelindia I have paid my broadband bill last month, the number is 0452-4361368 and have the recipt copy with me but when i am about to pay this month bill it showing up adding the last month with fine,help sorting it in order for me to pay this month bill.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Phone no 9843048820 still not working even after sim change. Problem is its shows full towers but no incoming or outgoing. Just fed up. From past few days not connected to anybody. Please do something

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence At time of connection, you take money even before allocating a service engineer. You take money from any account. But when it is time to return money, you have all the checks and validations that money is going to right account. 3/n

    Super @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews i have home connection with 2 postpaid mobile and 1 broadband connection. By mistake 297 balance pending.Suspended all 3 connections. Great service for a customer who is on the network for more than 5 years. 900391666

    Pathetic broad band network of @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . half of the time there is no internet!!!! What is the point in having such connection when one is not able to get network. In this time where we are doing WFH and don't have network but still bill needs to be paid..

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @jagograhakjago worst service ever Today is 5th day this month that broadband isn't working in my area. And they are sending bills. I mean What the hell. Charging 1295/month, I'm not paying any bills. If 5 days worth charges aren't reduced from bill.
