    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence day 9 of no response from airtel. I am being harassed to no extent by airtel customer service. I am literally crying talking to them and this is when they say I am a premium customer to them cant imagine what service they give to normal people

    @airtelbank @airtelindia @RBI None of your banking points know ****. Everyone says we can only open accounts and your wallet has blocked balance. Your fix account link also says the same thing. Already spent 4.5k in cabs visiting your Airtel points and stores nobody was able to help. Just take the amt and fix

    @Airtel_Presence Till now the problem is not resolved, it’s a very shameful thing that a company like @airtelindia is incapable to satisfy his paid customers, it’s a customer harassment thing

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I tried porting my prepaid to postpaid via Airtel App which got stuck. Now my prepaid is not working, it's been 7 days i am not able to use even after replacing sim. Urgent Help Needed!!!!

    @airtelindia Worst customer care experience @airtelindia . I am trying to get one number added to my family plan from last 4 days. Visited your outlet they say get it done from customer care. Customer care executives instead of adding the number saying use Airtel app
