They have a bunch of statements which they'll keep on copy/pasting for any or all of your complaints. No action would ever be taken as these customer care executive are also taught to lie on calls giving false commitments. Save yourself from the trouble and opt for @airtelindia.

@airtelindia, Had very bad experience with the aritel xtream fiber new connection. Installation scheduled and were promised to be done by April 30th but the installation rescheduled multiple times without any reasons. Negative responses from sale and technician.Please resolve it

@airtelindia complaints after complaints but no resolution. Can't make simple call, internet not working and on top of that your customer care person says use wifi to call. Seriously. U don't have any trust on your network so asking me to use internet calling !! Pathetic

My Fixedline Number is 033 4001 0135 and I upgraded my plan to 1499 a few months back to get 300 mbps speed but I have not been getting speed more than 60 mbps. I have lodged numerous complaints but no one seems to do anything about it. Please help @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
