To top it, I'm an @airtelindia Airtel Black customer, and should be getting premium dedicated support....only to say this is all just a façade! 😡😤😠🤯 Either get this resolved in 2 days, or I disconnect my 5 connections with you and take an additional @reliancejio connection.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This ticket is open since 18th April without any response or resolution. No way to contact any Airtel technicians. Customer care has been called 5 times and each time they have provided a 24 hour resolution time but not fixed.

@airtelindia Whenever I call from Airtel sim, no call is received, so I am feeling very upset since a long time. Airtel people are requested to solve my problem, otherwise I will not stay with Airtel.
