    Why BSNL is not providing 24x7 tech/ internet support to valued customers like Pvt. Company n they are maintaining their standards and giving assurance time to resolve any issue in 24 or 48 hr @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR @airtelindia @airtelindia @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Great care, you have taken. Closed the ticket without any resolution. Still facing signal issue. Call drop in every other call. 5G is slower than 4G. Thank God I have an alternate number on @airtelindia else nobody would have been able to reach me.

    @airtelindia my internet is running very slow from the morning and the network is fluctuating a lot , there are many problems occuring due to that..I complained regarding this 3 days before also but still no progress Area- ahirwan , kanpur. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
