@airtelindia Please see the SR. Called & received feedback from your Customer care & Technical team that Broadband not available in my area. Totally shocking mismatch between your ground and office team because Airtel Fibre was laid and fully functional since last 4/5 months!!

SIM got blocked on 7Jan despite active plan. Visited Airtel store and they replaced the sim and was told activation within 4-6 hrs. Almost 20 hrs later, still no service. Please fix asap @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
