    Why BSNL is not providing 24x7 tech/ internet support to valued customers like Pvt. Company n they are maintaining their standards and giving assurance time to resolve any issue in 24 or 48 hr @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR @airtelindia @airtelindia @JioCare @reliancejio

    @airtelindia Very bad network signal No proper customer support . Internet not working I raised some service requests . It's takes 9 working days to resolve the request from you guys.I have to wait until it resolved .Sometimes tickets are closed without feedback whether Issue resolved

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Worst service 1st told me to visit any store for airtel sim replacement & after that they told me i cant get sim from another state ,after providing all the documentation.Kindly dont make false promises /false statements.Really disgusting service.😡
