    Why BSNL is not providing 24x7 tech/ internet support to valued customers like Pvt. Company n they are maintaining their standards and giving assurance time to resolve any issue in 24 or 48 hr @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR @airtelindia @airtelindia @JioCare @reliancejio

    @airtelindia are there any network issues? Been trying to make some calls. Some are getting connected some not. Even the ring is not coming so can't understand whether call is going to another person or not

    @airtelindia The customers who uses INR 1000 mobile phones to just get connected with their loved ones they always complaining about the poor voice quality, @ViNewsOfficial IDEA 2G network also have same problem voice cracking. Hope @trai will treat this matter on priority basis.

    @airtelindia; @Airtel_Presence Applied for AirFiber on 25 May. Paid amount after assurance from sales executive Shankar, installation would be done on 26 May. no connection, no response from sales person, store visit also no help. Req ID: UTG5THPRD8. resolve urgently or refund.

    Google One 100GB benefit shows activated in Airtel Thanks app, but I never received activation email/SMS/link. Google confirmed no Airtel entitlement is linked. Please reprovision the benefit for my Airtel Postpaid plan.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
