    @airtelindia Hi Team , I am living in Pune Thergaon Area and this is second time in a month where we have seen outage for more than 12 hrs. Most of us are working from home and this kind of service is not at all acceptable . Need ETA , RCA, Corrective and Preventive action.

    Raised a disconnection request of my airtel broadband on 24th Dec and got confirmation on 28th December that connect has been discontinued. Today i received a bill for a discontinued connection on airtel. Called customer care ..no appropriate resolution @airtelindia @Airtel

    @consumerforum_ @airtelindia Hi Team I've made a complaint Against Airtel Store which is located @Bahadurpura Hyd 500053. I went to the Store for Sim swapping since had network issue due to sim corrupted.And the guy at Airtel Store Demanding rs.100 instead of rs.50. Thanks

    @airtelindia Got cheated by team Airtel and really disappointed with their service which i have faced on yesterday evening i received a call from their customer service representative by giving false statements on new offers which was provided them and got scammed by their team
