    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my network issue already registered with airtel portal. This is for 4th time i am register my complain with you. If problem still unsolved and not dolve within a week i am no more to pay next bill amount. Because of not able to utilise your service.

    Currently, only Airtel and Jio have a monopoly in the country, and recharge prices are increasing day by day. They have very skillfully eliminated all other telecom companies by offering them for free first. Now they have started such recovery for their three months of free service that it's unbelievable. Monopoly in any field can only lead to inflation and helplessness. If Vodafone, Idea, Tata Docomo, MTNL, Aircel, and other companies existed today, Jio and Airtel wouldn't be able to dictate terms. The government also seems to be standing in their favor. It appears the government has handed over everything to these selected companies. Who will treat these predatory companies that offer 28 days of recharge in a 30-day month? Other options for the country's citizens have been deliberately eliminated. This is absolutely not right, and I strongly oppose this monopoly. @PMOIndia @airtelindia @reliancejio

    The latest promised resolution time was today by 1:41 PM. It is now well past that deadline, and there is still no resolution. @airtelindia, this is not the service I expect after paying for a premium internet connection.

    For one thing, itโ€™s hard to get through to Airtel on the phone; I end up wasting all my time just navigating through the automated menu options. I have installed Airtel Wi-Fi and a TV set-top box. The set-top box doesn't seem to be working properly; it takes 20 minutes to start up, and I have to switch it off and on again.     @airtelindia @airtelindia I need urgent help with a duplicate Airtel Black payment. I paid โ‚น724.82 on 1 Sep at 4:45 PM via debit card, and โ‚น824.82 was again deducted automatically on 2 Sep at 8:16 AM via UPI AutoPay.

    @airtelindia asked for your Wifi connection. Paid a deposit of 1500. Installation POC didn't show up for a week. Cancelled the order but your team keeps delaying the refund. They keep asking me to wait for a call to refund my money? What is this customer experience? HORRIBLE!
