I'm going to end my 12 years relationship today with #Airtel . There was a clear "communication" gap, poor "connection" & it was clearly one sided since I was only one who used to "recharge" the relationship. I'm sorry @Airtel_Presence , @airtelindia . B-Bye.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Don't promise things when you actually can't deliver i have submitted all needed document and money 72hrs before till now i didn't get any call for broadband connection i would say worst experience in starting taking service i may discoutinue

@airtelindia Pathetic service... no internet from past 2 days on my broadband... unable to register complaint on airtel app... called the lineman several times but no response. Airtel service worst in the world.
