Bought Airtel's New connection. Can't able to use WhatsApp and other Messenger because old owner of the number is still using WhatsApp and other. This is the biggest security issue. SIM card in my name and someone else is operating messenger. @airtelindia

@airtelindia I am constantly trying to get Airtel Xstream fiber broadband service at "Sahid Ganesh Dutta Road Annada Park 2nd lane near Birati High School Birati Kolkata 700051" for the past 4years and it is still not available in my area. Pls focus on expanding network not in advertisement.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence the mind blowing dl speed 0.78Mbps although customer subscribed to Xtreme Fiber Basic plan 40Mbps for the last 7days customer average dl speed 1-2Mbps everyday frm 11:50am till midnight. Shame on your service/support @Airtel_Presence check DM
