It has been couple of days since I've applied for airtel Xtreme fiber with payment upfront and still there's no response from the installation team yet!! Do I have to expect this kind of service from @airtelindia as a customer and sharehholder!?

@airtelindia such a poor service which you have given me. I want to upgrade the tv box and i had booked the tech visit for today. There was no info regards to the tech visit time and i had to wait for it then I had to call your CC to informed that they have to send a box to me.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Now it is more than 20 days & that fraudster has stopped picking my calls. Your customer care numbers either ask for an existing connection or for a new connection. How do I even lodge this complaint. Please look into this matter urgently and get me my refund!!

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence unable to link email to phone number. 1) Is updating on app not enough? 2) calling 121 is of no use cause it gives no option to update/talk to human. 3) dubious to restrict to only postpaid users to update email. Revert with help. Thank you. :)

Hi @airtelindia from last few weeks we are again facing lots of internet outage in Balkum, Thane area. It's ridiculous to find your self back to square one. After last tweet we did receive good service for some days. But now it feels like your good service has limited life.
