    It's sad to see how badly the service of @airtelindia is degraded. For issues with my set top box and raised service request. Took 2 technitian and 7 days just to partially resolved the problem. Replaced my old box with another old one with different customer account (1/2)

    @JioCare Once user come on broad, who cares about providing service... this is worst customer service I have experience, In @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence In never face such kind of issue in my last 10 years but you make me mad in just 2 months, I thinks its time to switch back.
