@airtelindia I have been trying to reach the customer care since yesterday and the call gets dropped each time before I could speak to the Customer Support agent. I tried raising it via the app and it redirects me to dial 121. Do you plan to make it easier to log a complaint ?

@airtelindia @reliancejio @VodaIdea_NEWS Kindly provide at-lest 4G like speed in areas near Sohna Road Gurgaon. Speed of all your networks is worst than 3G yet you are focused only on 5G and give replies like area bataye, you know ur N/W better.

Booked Fiber connection after survey of Installer. But after two days of booking, installer said it can’t be installed due to technical issue. It should have been checked before booking. Also if your network is choked, you should expand fast @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
