    @Airtel_Presence I have done a Recharge of 399 on my Airtel number but it is not showing proper detail of Recharge on Airtel thanks app. In app is just showing only 5GB data. But as per Recharge plan it should be 1.4GB/day please resolve my problem @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence recharge of 48 done on 2 pm n according 2 d customer executive it has been consumed. Wot a rubbish answer. N also cant see status of recharge in Airtel App. Ultimately customer is suffering. Take d strong action n clear it on immediately way.

    @airtelindia This is still not resolved. An engineer visited yesterday, could not resolve it and closed my ticket. He said he will visit again today with a pen drive to upgrade software, however he has not turned up. You guys a driving a customer away.
