  @airtelindia Ridiculous that Airtel stopped its email service with no prior intimation. I have a business running on airtelmail and I suddenly lost all emails. At least give your users a chance to backup their critical documents.

  @airtelindia @TRAI i ve raised a request yesterday for deconsolidation of airtel one plan nos. Spoken 3 times airtel customer care visited store. Nothing happnd only befooling. Even can't migrate to prepaid 9971833077. Pathetic service airtel

  Thanks vikas for resolving the same. Howvever I understand it can be resolved from remote if help desk would have asked the router id written on the backside and remotely reloaded the sw.I would not have to suffer the outage for more than 12 hours. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

  @airtelindia It is a constant issue with your Xtreme Fibre service that the internet never works. Your customer care is only IVR that reboots the modem. Every single month someone needs to come here and “fix” it. This is a terrible disruption to work. #internetdown

  @airtelindia Your Xtreme Fiber service is atrocious and never works. It’s an issue every single month and your useless IVR customer care is of no help. #airtel #internetdown
