    I don't know what actually the process is, so @Airtel_Presence can you tell me how to port my airtel sim no. to other operator like jio, vi??? I need reply ASAP!!! It has been more than 3 month of complain but you not fixed slow internet. @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Today at 2:35 AM my wifi stopped working then i registered a complaint regarding it and was give that the engineer will visit me between 1:30PM to 2:30 PM and now at 6 PM he calls me and says thats we cant fix it now tomorrow it

    @VittalGopal @airtelindia I am new to Airtel enterprise as a mobile postpaid customer. We were promised a postpaid plan by your sales representative, as a plan of Ra. 149/- (mail attached), but after activation, the plan has become 299/- (as I had checked in the my Airtel app).

    @airtelindia I sent request on 8th July for sifting my broadband in same city Request No.133650850. But after regular follow up in all possible way like. Call to Coustmer care, Maill to appellate, Tweet Airtel Care but not any solution received. This is the reality of Airtel

    I am waiting for #Jiofiber services from last 1 year on my location but still jio fiber services hasn't reached Yesterday i did call to @JioCare They said we don't have exact time but may be next year service will be reached On other side @airtelindia covered most of the area 🙄
