@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Employees at your vile parle east office are just not interested in selling prepaid cards, they are making excuses like one has to compulsory have postpaid number to get prepaid card and are extremely rude!

@airtelindia We were also told by POC that we'll get the phone and landline connection on Airtel extreme. It's been almost a year and there's no communication whatsoever. Thanks for such a terrible experience!!👎👎

No action as yet from Airtel. Got call from someone immediately after the earlier post and was promised to get a call back but as usual silence. Site blocking issue also persists.I will have no choice but to shut down my connection @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @VittalGopal

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia - Sorry to say this, I had never ever experienced such an unprofessional & pathetic service from any service provider - bank, telecom, e-commerce, d2h, etc. But you've definitely pushed me to the limit of quitting Airtel as soon as I return to India.
