@airtelindia keep on advertising as the best network cellular company in the country but the reality is worse. Being a postpaid user unable to use the internet 🌐. This is worse so instead of investing in advertisements better give good services to the consumer.

Dear @airtelindia I have closed my broadband connection on 22nd March'22. Today I have received a bill stating that my broadband bill is due. What is this logic? Your customer care executive told that without clearing due they can't close the broadband connection.

Post submission of SIM activation request, 53 hours have lapsed with no information from @Airtel_Presence on status of the request yet! One would naturally be pushed to invoke mobile number portability if this is the kind of service levels of @airtelindia

Gali gali me shor hai, @airtelindia chor hai.. They collect money on first hand then for next 3 days they won't call you, won't install broadband, making false promises. Pathetic service in Bengaluru. Worst experience ever. I will port my postpaid as well now. 😡😡

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Please resolve the billing issue on my airtel xstream ID 7035007311. my airtel thanks app doesnot show anything pending and I receive messages for payment of outstanding bill. I am not receiving bills also for this number on a regular basis.
