    @airtelindia what kind of service do you provide? Can't even got my SIM swap active it's more than 2 days. While collecting the SIM the store told it will get active within 4 hours.

    Hello @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your guys come to fix the internet issue which they fail to do but also makes Landline out of order. No response from either from 121 or the service engineer.

    @airtelindia what kind of service do you provide? And there is no proper response from your service centre as well. In the month 3 times the net gets affected and every time fiber optic is getting cut. And when it's bill time you eat our heads for payment.

    There have been more than 5 to 10 calls in the customer care center from our side your employees don't respond properly and they actually laugh. Yes it's true they laugh at our questions. @airtelindia
