@airtelindia Hotstar free subscription is not activated in my mobile for one year recharge. Customer care disconnected my call when I asked this question. Finally someone answered after few attempt. CC mentioned extra data added instead of Hotstar pack without any intimation.

@AravindD @airtelindia You are supposed to run that with your WiFi off. They ping your modem remotely and verify if there’s issue or not. They mandate you enable location services as well.
