@airtelindia Hotstar free subscription is not activated in my mobile for one year recharge. Customer care disconnected my call when I asked this question. Finally someone answered after few attempt. CC mentioned extra data added instead of Hotstar pack without any intimation.

Very substandard issue resolution service by @airtelindia. Facing internet connectivity issue since morning. Tried raising a complaint via customer care helpline and from the airtel app(which is sadly a tech disaster) as well, but no luck!!
