The April 12 ₹39 recharge (via retailer) appears post-issue—check Airtel Thanks app for exact data balance/validity. Try these steps: - Dial *121# or *121*1# for balance. - Use app chat/support or tweet Airtel_Presence with txn ID. - If no response, escalate via TRAI app (tariff complaint) or consumerforum. I'll flag this for awareness—hope resolved soon.

    @airtelindia We have a ur company postpaid connection & Wi-Fi services for our office in Purnea, Bihar however, I would like to switch.There is a significant diff b/w the quality of service provided*before*we obtained the connection & the service we have received*after*signing up

    I am an Airtel Black customer using WiFi, DTH, and postpaid. I requested IPTV and was advised by customer care to remove DTH and WiFi frm my plan. I followed the instructions, but now there is no response or update from your team. Pls look into this @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
