    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The number given on the app for Airtel Black customer never connects,why is it given in the first place, when there is no willingness to provide customer support. Only when a new connection is taken there will be call & way too many. #badcustservice

    Update from an Airtel Black customer: Today I learned that the most difficult part of customer support isn’t fixing the issue… It’s successfully registering a complaint.
