@airtelindia support informed me to do the smart recharge, inspite of doing smart recharge and waiting for over 12 hours still my SIM card isn't working. I called up support again and interactive services showing my number is invalid. Can someone look into this and help?

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Now a days pathatic service by airtel. almost after 24 hrs sim doesnot started working 1.why automatically stops working. 2 requested for sim swap at 830pm still not active. 8800197434 Same I faced 3 days ago with another number. Start service soon

@airtelindia I am currently overseas, my India SIM card wasn't working, upon logging onto the airtel website, it was showing that account was locked then I recharged my number but that still didn't activated my SIM then I called support 1/n

Your staff told me that xstream fiber service is available and after making payment later they cancelled the order, my money was also wasted and now it's almost 20 days I haven't got refund yet. I wrote mails so many times but no positive response from your site. @airtelindia
