@airtelindia I lost me SIM in a foreign country. Customer care asks me to solve it by visiting nearest branch. At the nearest branch (Mumbai) visited by my relative Pravin Gaikwad asked to visit to the city the SIM was taken from in spite my permanent address being in Mumbai.

Is that the nonsense you've created @airtelindia ? That one has to recharge unlimited packs just to keep the incoming and outgoing on. Is that how you treat your customer? Forcing them down? #CrapAirtel No doubt,why #jio has the monopoly

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Its been a terrible experience trying to get hold of someone in customer care as the only thing you get to hear is an automated IVR and the Airtel app simply never works ..tried several but it's absolutely a useless from support standpoint
