@airtelindia i am a user of airtel in bihar, but here services are too bad. Even we are not getting 2g network properly in our areas. While paying equall amount, not getting same service. Solve these issues and increase the service to a good position. Otherwise we will switch.

Airtel Xstream Ticket I'd -41-18174435675 customer care takes full details and gives assurance that you will get the connection in next 48hrs. But local operator calls and says connection is not available at your location. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

1/2 @airtelindia Very very SAD state of customer service at Airtel Baner Store which is 5 km away from where I live. First visit - Few weeks back to get phone transferred from company name to my name. Requirements of NOC, photographs, copy of aadhar card conveyed.
